Return conditions

Products can be returned within the applicable 14-day return period, as long as they are in their original condition and have not been used beyond what is necessary to check the product.

Entropy Studio does not cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Please pack your return carefully to make sure the product arrives back to us safely.
