Shipping to Germany

Germany is available as a delivery country in our International shipping zone.

• Fulfilment platform: Base Courier (BLPaczka)
• Carrier: The carrier is selected after checkout according to the destination and current service availability. Services available through our shipping integration may include InPost International, DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx or UPS. The final carrier and tracking details are provided after dispatch.
• Delivery estimate: A carrier transit-time estimate is not currently displayed at checkout. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

If a free-shipping promotion applies to your order, the discount will be shown automatically in the cart and at checkout.

Returns from Germany

You may return your order within the applicable 14-day return period. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until the return has been processed.
